Jim Scullion and his works have featured in many magazines, newspapers and periodicals, as well as television and radio, both at home and abroad. Jim has also produce numerous articles for art magazines over the years including detailed step-by-step examples of how he draws and paints his subjects.
DIGITAL ART
As well as using traditional art materials Jim is also a well respected digital artist. His use of computer art software to create digital artwork using traditional methods brought him to the attention of the Official Corel Painter Magazine for whom he regularly wrote articles, step-by-step examples and answered readers questions regarding problems they had in creating specific artwork. His written work has also appeared in compilation books and in several Bookazine Compilations.
JIM'S BOOK
Jim's book “Drawing and Painting Sports Figures” concentrates on his sporting artwork. In the book he explores all aspects portraying the moving sports figure. The book is well illustrated throughout with his artwork and also has a number of very detailed step-by-step examples
